OFFICIAL GAME RULES:

ELIGIBILITY:

This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older. Employees of 66 Federal Credit Union and its Divisions, KU Credit Union and ConocoPhillips Credit Union are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is void where prohibited. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

During the period Monday, March 15, 2010, through 10:00 am on Thursday, March 18, 2010, those who wish to participate must complete an official bracket on our Web site in accordance with the instructions provided. Each entrant may create a maximum of one (1) complete bracket which must be submitted in complete form no later than 10:00 am, on March 18, 2010. Upon the completion of each bracket, entrants will be asked to guess the “tie-breaker score” of the championship game. This score will be used only in the event of a tie score among participants (further detailed below). Brackets may only be submitted as described above.

Bracket submissions become property of 66 Federal Credit Union and will not be acknowledged or returned. 66 Federal Credit Union is not responsible for human or computer failures (hardware or software), lost or incorrect scoring or tabulation of scores or other errors or problems related to basketball tournament (including cancellation or postponement of any game), interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions, problems or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise, or for printing or other errors appearing in these Rules or other Promotion-related materials, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this promotion.

WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) First Prize will be awarded to the participant who accumulates the most points during the tournament, based on the accuracy of their bracket selections. Points will be awarded according to following scoring system: Round Points awarded for each correct selection, First Round: 10 points, Second Round: 20 points, Sweet Sixteen: 40 points, Elite Eight: 80 points, Final Four: 160 points, Championship: 320 points

In the event of a tie score between two or more players vying for the Grand Prize, the accuracy of the “tie-breaker score” answered during the bracket creation process (described above) will determine the entrant ranking. In the event that a tie still exists after the answers to all “tie-breaker scores” have been tabulated, the winner for the prize at issue will be selected by random drawing of those who have tied.

PRIZE:

One (1) First Prize will be awarded to the participant with the highest overall score: a 60” HD TV. Approximate Retail Value: USD $1,000. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of this prize not included as part of the prize description (including costs of installation, set-up and/or necessary cable television service or other subscriptions) are the sole responsibility of winner. The television must be picked up at the branch closest to the winners. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on the prize (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefore, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. A 1099 will be issued to the winner for tax purposes.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Winner will be notified via phone and e-mail at the end of the promotion and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability and, unless prohibited by law, and a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. Noncompliance with the forgoing requirements by any winner or potential winner, with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification message being returned as non-deliverable or filtered as “junk mail” or “spam” will result in disqualification and, at 66 Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion, a runner-up may be notified.

By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and further agree that 1.) the Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) their names, cities and states of residence, photographs and/or likenesses for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) the Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless from any liability, loss, injury or damage to any participant or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this Promotion.

66 Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect or incomplete bracket submissions or claims and/or cancel, terminate or suspend any portion of this Promotion should non-authorized human intervention, tampering, fraud, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion and, in any such event, at its discretion select the winners in accordance with the criteria set forth above from top-scoring non-suspect entries (if tournament has begun) received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation.
