What are the Rewards?

Should you have questions regarding the status of your order or estimated shipping date, you may call Award Headquarters Customer Service, at 1-800-621-4112, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, CST.

Points can be redeemed for a variety of items including: quality housewares, high-end electronics, the latest fitness equipment, jewelry, exotic travel destinations — there’s a reward just for you! You could choose a reward with as few as 2,500 points!

Enrollment Questions

How do I enroll?
You do not need to enroll. Your Debit/Credit Card account is automatically enrolled into the CURewards™ program.

What if I have a joint checking account?
Two different situations could apply:

1. If both of you have your own Debit Card and the 16-digit card numbers are unique for each card, both cards are identified separately. CURewards™ points are earned for purchases made on each card individually.
2. We can combine both members’ points. Simply call or come in.

How can I access my CURewards™ point information?
Access your point information via the CURewards™ Web site, www.CURewards.com. You will be required to enter your Debit/Credit Card number to access point information.
