Business Continuity Plan
ConocoPhillips Credit Union has a Business Continuity Plan for a range of situations from a minor power disruption to a major catastrophic event. Disruptions can occur without warning and the results can be unpredictable. Our plan allows us to more effectively recover our business functions in order to provide our members continued support.

If our contingency plan is activated, it is possible that a branch may be inaccessible, or we may have activated a hotsite facility. Please be assured that normal communications and procedures will be reestablished as quickly as possible. Check our Web site for information following an event for current updates.

When communications have been restored, our call center will be assisting members. If necessary, phone calls will automatically be redirected to our hotsite.
