If your credit or debit card is lost or stolen, call the Credit Union during business hours: 1-800-897-6991, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST. After hours, call our 24-hour cardholder services at 1-800-449-7728 to:
  • Report Lost/Stolen Cards
  • Check Account Balance
  • Check on Last Payment
  • Request Replacement Card
  • Request PIN Reissue
  • Change Address
  • Change Phone Number
Using eBranch, you can:
  • View your credit card statements.
  • Check recent debit and credit card transactions, including the names of specific retailers.
  • Determine your available credit. See the number of CURewards points you have accumulated. First time users will be required to call the Credit Union to obtain a password.
